About financing in 2008 of expenses on treatment of uninsured persons with socially caused diseases which are negatively influencing public health

The parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - In departure from the Law on health protection N 411-XIII of March 28, 1995 and the Law on compulsory medical insurance N 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998 to resolve financing in 2008 at the expense of the remaining balance of fixed assets of compulsory medical insurance formed as of January 1, 2008, expenses on treatment in the conditions of hospital of uninsured persons with the confirmed diagnosis of socially caused diseases which are negatively influencing public health including:

a) tuberculosis;

b) psychoses and other intellectual and behavioural variations in sharp form;

c) alcoholism and drug addiction in case of need emergency medical service;

d) the confirmed malignant new growths;

e) HIV infection, AIDS and syphilis.

Art. 2. - The means used for the purpose of execution of this law to compensate the National company of medical insurance at the expense of means of the government budget till November 1, 2008 based on confirming the incurred expenses of documents.
