To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan in week time to determine and finish for management to Customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the size of the applied rates of excises on the gasoline delivered to the republic from the countries - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States, proceeding from effective rates of excises in these countries.
3. Determine what on the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution is excised by customs authorities in the same order, as customs duties.
