I. General provisions

1.1. The commission (representative) of the company, organization, organization for obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial (further - the commission (representative) for social insurance of the company), is created elected) and operates on the company, in the organization, the organization (further - the company) using wage labor irrespective of patterns of ownership and managing.

1.2. The commission (representative) for social insurance of the company is accountable to the employer and the representative of insured persons, and its work in accordance with the established procedure is subject to check by bodies of Social Insurance Fund for temporary disability (further - Fund).

1.7. The employer and the representative of insured persons promote work of the commission (representative) for social insurance of the company, creating for this purpose necessary conditions by provision of the room with the corresponding equipment for holding its meetings and coordination of questions of their carrying out in convenient for members of the commission time with accomplishment of payment terms of work on their place of employment.
