About approval of the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection and transportation of values in commercial banks

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection and transportation of values in commercial banks (in the new edition) according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).

2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to consider invalid the following resolutions of Board of the Central bank:

- the resolution N 10/2 of May 17, 2003 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection and transportation of values in commercial banks" (reg. N 1263 of August 1, 2003. Bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, N 15);

- the resolution N 3-A/3 of March 12, 2005 "About modification of the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection and transportation of values in commercial banks" (reg. N 1263-1 of March 29, 2005. Collection of the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, N 12-13, Article-98);

- the resolution N 18/6 of August 20, 2005 "About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection and transportation of values in commercial banks" (reg. N 1263-2 of September 28, 2005, the Collection of the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2005, N 39, Article 302).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
