1. Create Department of consideration of addresses of citizens in the Office of the President of Turkmenistan.

Assign the following functions to again formed department:

organization of consideration of addresses of citizens and control of condition of their permission;

identification of the reasons and conditions promoting emergence of violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens;
