1. Increase in 1, time the amount of compensation of the lawyer participating as the defender in criminal trial to destination of bodies of inquiry, bodies of pretrial investigation or court, established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 4, 2003 N 400 "About the amount of compensation of the lawyer participating as the defender in criminal trial to destination of bodies of inquiry, bodies of pretrial investigation or court", and the amount of payments when rendering legal aid by lawyers to the military personnel undergoing military service, on the questions connected with passing of military service, and also on other bases established by the Federal Laws, determined by Rules of rendering legal aid by lawyers by the serviceman undergoing military service by the questions connected with passing of military service and also by other bases established by the Federal Laws approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 23, 2005 N 445 "About procedure for rendering legal aid by lawyers by the serviceman undergoing military service on the questions connected with passing of military service and also on other bases established by the Federal Laws".
2. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2008.
