Rules of allocation of the special means consisting on arms of bailiffs

1. General terms

1. These rules of allocation of the special means consisting on arms of bailiffs are developed according to Item 6 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 1997 "About bailiffs" and establish procedure for allocation of the special means consisting on arms of bailiffs.

2. Procedure for allocation of special means

2. Providing divisions of bailiffs with special means is assigned to authorized state body on ensuring execution of executive documents (further authorized body) and the Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Assignment is made for providing bailiffs with special means from the republican budget.

4. The method of purchase of special means is determined according to the legislation on public procurements.

5. The quantity of special means is determined by the number of staff of bailiffs.

6. Special means are issued to bailiffs after passing of the corresponding special preparation.

7. Carrying and application of special means in not office purposes and in time off are not allowed.

8. Storage of special means is performed in specially equipped rooms in the building of the relevant court or territorial subdivision of authorized body.

9. Responsibility for target and effective use of the means allocated for acquisition of special funds for bailiffs is assigned to authorized body and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10. Control of application of special means by bailiffs is exercised respectively by authorized body and the Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
