According to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", for the purpose of ensuring state regulation in the field of use of nuclear energy I ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements for safety to the choice of the platform for placement of nuclear power plant which are attached.
2. (Demchuk O. S.) to provide to department of assessment of safety of nuclear installations:
submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
mailing of this order according to calculation of mailing after its replication.
3. In a month after state registration of this order to provide to the state company "The State Scientific and Technological Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (Vasilchenko V. M.) its replication.
4. This order becomes effective in 60 days after state registration.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman God S.G.
