About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Recognize invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 25, 1993 as No. 303 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan".

1. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan is the central executive body as a part of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan providing realization of state policy in the field of internal affairs and protection of interests of the state, the rights, freedoms and safety of physical persons and legal entities, and also their property.
2. The ministry submits to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on the questions carried to its competence by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and also the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
