About procedure for entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation the persons without citizenship living in the Republic of Latvia or the Republic of Estonia
1. Determine that:
a) the persons without citizenship living in the Republic of Latvia or the Republic of Estonia perform entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation without execution of visas according to the following valid documents:
persons living in the Republic of Latvia - according to the passport of the alien issued by relevant organ of the Republic of Latvia;
persons living in the Republic of Estonia - according to the passport of the foreigner issued by relevant organ of the Republic of Estonia;
b) ceased to be valid.
2. To the government of the Russian Federation:
a) provide in accordance with the established procedure holding the actions directed to implementation of this Decree;
b) bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
