on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of aquaculture (fish breeding);

on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of land relations (in the part concerning lands of agricultural purpose), including in the field of use and protection of lands of agricultural purpose, on the state monitoring of such lands;

on development and realization of the state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of wine growing and winemaking provided by the Federal Law "About Wine Growing and Winemaking in the Russian Federation" (except for the questions of licensing, rendering the state services and implementation of the state control (supervision) regulated by the legislation in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products);

on rendering the state services in the field of agro-industrial complex, including sustainable development of the rural territories, safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals, and also the address (except for productions) mineral fertilizers;

on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of seed farming of agricultural plants;

on management of state-owned property at jurisdictional enterprises and organizations;

on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of technical condition and operation of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment;

on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of development of grain complex of the Russian Federation.
