About enhancement of procedure for execution of visa documents

For the purpose of implementation of international legal acts concerning human rights and freedoms which participant is Turkmenistan of forming of effective probovy procedures of practical application of the legislation of Turkmenistan on entrance and departure, creations of conditions for free entrance and stay in Turkmenistan of foreign citizens, ensuring freedom of their movement on the territory of the state I decide:

1. Determine that execution of the visa documents granting the right to entrance and stay in Turkmenistan of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship is performed without specifying in visas of specific settlements.

2. The visas issued by consular establishments of Turkmenistan are the valid document for stay in all territory of Turkmenistan.

Certain areas, procedure for entrance and stay in which it is established by the legislation are determined by the President of Turkmenistan.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Committee of homeland security of Turkmenistan, the State Border Service of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan to make to departmental regulatory legal acts changes and amendments following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2000.
