1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for issue of permissions to carrying out currency transactions and on opening of accounts outside the Republic of Belarus, and also submissions to bank of notifications when making the currency transactions connected with capital movement.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of NB RB of 26.04.2011 No. 151
3. Determine that the Republic of Belarus issued by National Bank before entry into force of this resolution of permission to carrying out currency transactions and outside the Republic of Belarus is valid for opening of accounts before the termination of term of their action.
4. Determine that explanations in the order of application of regulations of the Instruction approved by this resolution can be this signed by the vice chairman of the board of the National Bank directing activities of head department of currency control and currency exchange control or signed by the chief of Head department of currency control and currency exchange control of National Bank.
5. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2004 No. 90 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of permissions (registration certificates) to carrying out currency transactions and on opening of accounts outside the Republic of Belarus, and also submissions to bank of notifications when making the currency transactions connected with capital movement" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 104, 8/11129);

6. This resolution becomes effective since February 26, 2008.
