According to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About rates of export (export) duty for scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals," the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides non-ferrous scrap and semifinished products with their use:

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the prices of non-ferrous metals which is applied.

2. Determine that:

the decision concerning the declared customs value of scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals and non-ferrous scrap, the stipulated in Article 1 Law of Ukraine "About rates of export (export) duty for scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals, non-ferrous scrap and semifinished products with their use", is accepted by customs authority taking into account information noted in card of registration accounting of the external economic agreement (contract) for export of such goods;

the decision concerning the declared customs value of products (semifinished products) with use of the alloyed ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, and also products with use of such metals, the stipulated in Article 1 Law of Ukraine "About rates of export (export) duty for scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals, non-ferrous scrap and semifinished products with their use", is accepted by customs authority.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.12.2016 No. 1035

4. To the Ministry of economic development and trade:

1) to implement carrying out monthly monitoring of the prices of the main non-ferrous metals at the world exchanges (The London metal exchange - LME, the New York trade exchange - NYMEX);

To provide 2):

to the third of current month by results of carrying out noted monitoring determination of the average level of the prices of non-ferrous metals according to the approved this resolution Rather;

to the fifth of current month placement of information on the average levels of the prices of non-ferrous metals on the official website and official finishing such information to the State Customs Service.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Procedure for determination of the prices of non-ferrous metals

1. This Procedure implements the mechanism of determination of the prices of non-ferrous metals according to quotations of non-ferrous metals at the world exchanges (The London metal exchange - LME, the New York trade exchange NYMEX).

2. In this Procedure the following abbreviations are used:

LME OFFICIAL PRICES - official prices on non-ferrous metals which are quoted on LME and information on which is posted on the official site of LME as result of pricing as a result of operations on the stock exchange within one exchange day;

3 Month Bad - three-months purchase price (purchase with delivery in three months);

Cash Bad - immediate (on the date of determination of the price) purchase price;

3 Month Offer - three-months selling price (sale with delivery in three months);

Cash Offer - immediate (on the date of determination of the price) selling price;
