According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and actuators of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization (IKAO) of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Airport charges for servicing of air vehicles and passengers at the airports of Ukraine (are applied).

2. State aviaadministrations (Polishchuk K. A.):

2.1. Provide provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure on state registration.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of heads of airlines of civil aviation of Ukraine for use in work.

3. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine:

of 17.03.95 No. 111 "About rates of airport charges at the airport Lviv", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.05.95 for No. 150/686;

of 25.04.2000 No. 185 "About approval of airport charges for servicing of air vehicles at the international airport "Donetsk" of the Donetsk state-owned airline "Donbass — East Airlines of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.05.2000 for No. 274/4495;

of 25.05.2000 No. 254 "About approval of airport charges for servicing of air vehicles at the state international airport "Simferopol", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.05.2000 for No. 321/4542;

of 19.07.2001 No. 453 "About approval of airport charges for servicing of air vehicles in the State company "Zaporizhia Airport" and introduction of amendments to the order of Ministry of Transport of 06.07.99 No. 352", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.08.2001 for No. 660/5851.

Airport charges for servicing of air vehicles and passengers at the airports of Ukraine

I. General provisions

For airport servicing of air vehicles (further - AF) and passengers, connected with providing: landings take-off of AF, servicing of passengers in air terminal, the above-standard parking of AF, aviation safety, are levied airport charges at the rates given in appendices 1-21.

II. Airport charges

2.1. Collection for landing take-off of AF

Collection for landing take-off of AF is established for each ton of the maximum take-off mass (further - MZM) AF specified in the certificate of its validity to accomplishment of flights depending on type of the message and compensates costs of the operator of the airport (airfield) for use, content and development of the objects and special funds intended for ensuring landing take-off of AF, in particular flying strip, taxiways with adjacent soil part, drainage system, light-signal system, communicating device between land station and AF and also for ornithological, radio engineering flight servicing of AF and complex of actions of rescue and fire-proof flight servicing, emergency medical service and the normative parking of AF.

The amount of collection for landing take-off of AF is determined depending on time of implementation of landing take-off of AF (day or night time).
