3. Permit the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan to have 4 deputy ministers, including, one first and board as a part of 7 people.

4. Set to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan limit of office cars in number of 17 units, including to central office of 8 units.

5. Financing of central office of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, the services and inspections entering the scheme of management is performed for 286 units at the expense of means of the republican budget and 16 units at the expense of the special account.

6. To perform financing of Deraptments of Agriculture of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas at the expense of means of the local budget.

7. Declare invalid:

Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan

I. General provisions

1. Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan. (further the Ministry) is the central executive body enabling development and the realization of single state policy in the sphere of agricultural industry.

2. The ministry performs the activities on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, other regulatory legal acts, and also the international legal acts recognized as the Republic of Tajikistan and this Provision.

- monitoring of observance of the established standards, provisions, instructions, regulations, carrying out the analysis of the main statistics of agricultural production;

- according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan the organization of control of import, export, production and use of agricultural products;

- development of offers on development of selection work, seed farming in industries of crop production and livestock production, fishery and beekeeping, protection of plants, to use of pesticides and other agricultural chemicals in fight against agricultural wreckers, mechanization, to ensuring growth of agricultural production, including cotton, development of agricultural infrastructure;

- support of producers of agricultural products, development of recommendations about increase in production efficiency of different types of products and accomplishment of agricultural works;

- complex assessment and forecasting of condition of agricultural industry, providing bodies of the state and local government, companies, organizations and population relevant information;

- within the competence coordination and accomplishment of obligations assumed by the Republic of Tajikistan according to international conventions and international treaties and agreements;

- contribution to investment attraction in industry of agricultural industry.

II. Powers

5. The following powers are assigned to the Ministry:

- development of regulatory legal acts concerning single state policy in the field of agricultural industry;

- development of short-term, medium-term and long-term programs and development plans for agricultural industry;

- rendering the methodical and organizational help to agricultural enterprises on growth in volumes and improvement of quality of products, development of recommendations about implementation of new and effective methods and methods of production, selection of plants, cultivation of the breeding cattle, bird, fish and honey bees, to use of the modern equipment, pesticides and other remedies of plants;

- carrying out monitoring of current status of production and specific costs of agricultural and processing enterprises of agricultural products, profits and losses;

- development of the measures promoting forming of food security, development of agricultural production;
