1. Approve the enclosed technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Nutritional Supplements, Their Production and Turnover".

2. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of the first official publication.

Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Nutritional Supplements, Their Production and Turnover"

1. Scope

1. This technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Nutritional Supplements, Their Production and Turnover" (further - the Technical regulation) is developed according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 «About health of the people and health care system» and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 9, 2004 "About technical regulation" and of July 21, 2007 "About safety of food products".

2. This Technical regulation establishes requirements to safety of nutritional supplements, their production and turnover.

3. The list of products to which action of this Technical regulation extends is given in appendix to this Technical regulation.

4. Nutritional supplements are subdivided on technological functions into the following groups:

1) the nutritional supplements improving taste and aroma of foodstuff:

fragrances food;

amplifiers, modifiers of taste and aroma;

sweeteners (sweeteners and intensive sweeteners);

acids food;

acidity regulators;

gases for saturation;

2) the nutritional supplements improving appearance of foodstuff:

dyes food;

stabilizers (clamps) of coloring;

bleaches;

glazirovatel;

3) the nutritional supplements regulating consistence of foodstuff:

emulsifiers;

stabilizers;

thickeners;

baking powder;

agents are jellifying, zheleobrazovatel (geleobrazovatel);

the salts-plaviteli (emulsifying salts);

frothers;

defoaming agents (the agents who are anti-making foam);

fillers;

agents-antislezhivateli (antikomkovatel);

4) the nutritional supplements promoting increase in expiration dates (storage) in foodstuff:

5) improvers baking (improvers of flour, test, bread);

6) complex dietary supplements;

7) the technological supportive applications accelerating and facilitating production processes of foodstuff:

maturing accelerators;

frothers;

defoaming agents (the agents who are anti-making foam);

coolants;

means for tabletting;

medicines fermental (enzymes);

propellants;
