the payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of the location of customs authorities or out of the working hours established for them (further - payment), is levied from interested persons according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Finance, on the basis:
the written appeal of the customs applicant to customs authority - for accomplishment of customs formalities out of the location of customs authority and/or out of the working hours established for it;
the inspection report (review) of goods, vehicles, hand luggage and the baggage signed by the representative of the customs applicant and the official of customs authority - for accomplishment of the forms of customs control determined using risk management system out of the location of customs authority;
the payment is levied in hryvnia on the official rate of currency, determined according to Article 3 - 1 Customs code of Ukraine;
the means which arrived from collection of payment are enlisted in the government budget.
3. Bring in Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1998 No. 1625 "About export of separate types of goods to the Republic of Moldova" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 41, the Art. 1514) the following changes:
