RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of January 18, 2003 No. 93

About collection of payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of location of customs authorities or out of working hours, established for customs authorities

According to part eight of Article 247 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the amount of payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of location of customs authorities or out of working hours, established for customs authorities it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

the payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of the location of customs authorities or out of the working hours established for them (further - payment), is levied from interested persons according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Finance, on the basis:

the written appeal of the customs applicant to customs authority - for accomplishment of customs formalities out of the location of customs authority and/or out of the working hours established for it;

the inspection report (review) of goods, vehicles, hand luggage and the baggage signed by the representative of the customs applicant and the official of customs authority - for accomplishment of the forms of customs control determined using risk management system out of the location of customs authority;

the payment is levied in hryvnia on the official rate of currency, determined according to Article 3 - 1 Customs code of Ukraine;

the means which arrived from collection of payment are enlisted in the government budget.

3. Bring in Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1998 No. 1625 "About export of separate types of goods to the Republic of Moldova" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 41, the Art. 1514) the following changes:

in paragraph one of the word and figures "paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1997 No. 65 "About rates of customs fee" in edition of the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 7, 1998 No. 285 (1998, No. 10, the Art. 381, No. 19, the Art. 706)" to exclude the Official Bulletin of Ukraine;

exclude paragraph two.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

5. This resolution becomes effective the dates of entry into force of part thirteen of Article 71 of the Customs code of Ukraine.
