About partial change of executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Law "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of increase in level of management and coordination of activities of structural divisions of executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers, ensuring comprehensive, deep and high-quality preparation of analytical materials and drafts of government decisions, strengthening of performing discipline, strengthening of control of implementation of the made decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government, signed international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan, investment and external economic contracts and agreements with foreign countries and the international organizations:

1. Determine that the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers according to the status, conditions of material remuneration, social, transport and medical attendance is equated to the minister, it is appointed and dismissed by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Assign the following main powers and functions to the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers:

will organize activities of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers and bears responsibility for accomplishment of the functions assigned to the device;

closely interacts with deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the organization of examination and high-quality preparation of drafts of Decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, government decisions;

provides coordination of activities of Information analysis departments of the Cabinet of Ministers for the purpose of comprehensive carrying out

examinations of the drafts of regulatory legal acts, deep and high-quality preparation of analytical materials, drafts of Decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan introduced to the Cabinet of Ministers;

exercises control of observance by executive bodies of the established requirements of regulations when entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of drafts of the laws, Decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other documents requiring consideration in the Government;

performs management of activities directly to it the submitting structural divisions of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers, coordinates operation of offices of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

performs management of activities directly to it the submitting structural divisions of executive office of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, coordinates work of the Secretariats of the Prime Minister and deputy prime ministers;

performs other powers according to decisions of the Government.

3. Determine that Information analysis departments of the Cabinet of Ministers on the major complexes, are subordinated to industries and spheres of national economy in the activities according to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and his deputies, and at the same time their activities are coordinated by the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers.

5. Approve:

updated executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers according to the appendix N 1;

management structure of legal examination and international treaties according to the appendix N 2.

6. Ceased to be valid according to the Decree the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 08.02.2018 No. UP-5329

7. To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other ministries, departments and the organizations:

in two-month time submission to Management of legal examination and international treaties of texts of the existing international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan, investment and the agreements in foreign trade signed during the visits of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also visits of Chapters of foreign states and the governments, the international organizations to the Republic of Uzbekistan;

in process of the conclusion the direction in Management of texts of international treaties, and also investment and the agreements in foreign trade signed during the official visits of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also visits of Chapters of foreign states and the governments, the international organizations to the Republic of Uzbekistan;

according to requests of Management, submission of required materials and documents concerning accomplishment of international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan, investment and agreements in foreign trade.

8. To the managing director of executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make offers on the changes in the legislation following from this resolution in the Cabinet of Ministers in a month.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev Sh. M.
