ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of the insert in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic

(as amended on on October 6, 2008)

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan about mutual trips of citizens signed on October 3, 2006 in the city of Tashkent and also creating favorable conditions for crossing of frontier between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan and stay in the Republic of Uzbekistan of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of the insert in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the description of the insert in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the insert sample in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic production of forms of the insert in the certificate of birth confirming availability at the child of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Publish this Resolution in mass media.
