1. Approve enclosed:
rates (rate) for realtor services, including for realtor services in assistance in case of the conclusion, execution, the termination of purchase and sale agreements of real estate objects;
Regulations on payment procedure of realtor services.
2. In two-month time to provide to republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom taking measures to implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2008.
