About payment of monetary compensation instead of issue of dress code to officials of customs authorities

Based on part two of item 4 of article 244 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z

1. Determine that:

1.1. except for objects of special clothes or issued for payment, payment of monetary compensation on condition of the expiration of fixed terms socks of objects of dress code and availability at them earlier issued similar objects of dress code suitable for use for the intended purpose is allowed to officials of customs authorities instead of issue of the dress code objects relying on regulations of supply;

1.2. payment of monetary compensation is performed in case of submission of the following documents:

the written application of the official addressed to the head of customs authority;

the act of suitability of earlier issued dress code objects to use for the intended purpose (further – the act) signed by the head of the structural unit of customs authority in which the official, and members of the commission, created by the head of customs authority serves;

1.3. the amount of monetary compensation is determined in the amount of the cost of objects of dress code of the last purchase;

1.4. payment of monetary compensation is made based on the order of customs authority to which the statement of the official and the act is attached;

1.5. in case of dismissal of the official from customs authority the monetary compensation provided by this resolution is not paid to it.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
