About some measures for accomplishment of the Law on auditor activities No. 61-XVI of March 16, 2007
In pursuance of part (4) Art. 21 and parts (2) Art. 31 of the Law on auditor activities No. 61-XVI of March 16, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 117-126, 530) and for the purpose of realization of the actions connected with regulation and the organization of continuous development of auditor activities, the Government DECIDES:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 20.08.2018 No. 807
The part two voided;
The part three voided;
Regulations on certification of auditors according to appendix No. 3;
Staff of the Commission on certification under the Ministry of Finance according to appendix No. 4.
3. In six-months time to provide to the Ministry of Finance Service on control and check of auditor activities by working rooms.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
