About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Create Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Approve the Provision, Structure of Central office and the Scheme of management of the Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1, 2, 3).
3. Determine that the management of the Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan consists of the Director, three deputies, including one first.
4. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 479 units (without service personnel), including Central office in number of 197 units.
Perform financing of content of the Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2007 at the expense of the means provided for the being Committee of the state financial control of the Republic of Tajikistan and Head department of tax police of the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan for the corresponding year.
