According to Item 6 of Rules of subsidizing of cost of delivery services of the water to agricultural producers approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 4, 2006 No. 237 (with the changes made by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 18.06.07 No. 506) I ORDER:

1. Establish for 2008 the size of the allocated subsidies for 1 (one) cubic meter of the pumped water to agricultural producers in percentage ratio from the costs considered in the tariff estimates on services in water supply approved by authorized state body, exercising control and regulation of activities in the field of natural monopoly, and also taking into account:

water giving methods:

in the amount of 25% (twenty five percent) - for the water givers delivering irrigation water to the agricultural producers applying surface methods of water giving when watering the crops not united in rural consumer cooperatives of water users (further - SPKV);

conditions of implementation by water users of the advanced technologies of irrigation providing economical expenditure of water, modern methods of management of hydromeliorative systems, the certified means of accounting of water, in the following proportions:

in the amount of 40% (forty percent) - for the water givers delivering irrigation water to agricultural producers united in SPKV;

in the amount of 60% (sixty percent) - for the water givers operating wells of pump drainage and using the trained water when watering crops;

in the amount of 80% (eighty percent) - for the water givers delivering irrigation water to the agricultural producers applying mechanical rise and the mechanized water giving methods (including drop irrigation, overhead irrigation, on the closed networks) when watering crops.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ryabtsev A. D.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
