About approval of the Procedure for application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government employee

According to article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff and about payment terms of work of the government and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government employee.

2. This Procedure becomes effective since January 1, 2008.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Procedure for application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government employee

1. This Procedure establishes application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government employee specified in appendix 6 to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 29, 2011 No. 436 chipboard.

2. Frequency rate coefficients in case of salary accrual by the government employee, are applied according to appendices No. 1-3 to this Procedure.

3. The official pay rate of the government employee is calculated by multiplication of the minimum base rate established in appendix 6 to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 29, 2011 No. 436 chipboard for the corresponding position on frequency rate coefficient.

The official pay rate of the government and local government officer is determined by the following formula:

TO = MBS x KK, where:

TO - official pay rate;

MBS - the minimum base rate of certain state and municipal body;

KK - coefficient of frequency rate of the corresponding position.
