Form of the notification on change of structure of collegiate executive body (executive directorate) of non-state pension fund (appendix N 4).

The list of the documents attached to the notification on change of structure of Board of Directors (supervisory board) and executive bodies of joint-stock investment fund, managing company, specialized depositary and structure of executive bodies of non-state pension fund (appendix N 5).

2. Determine that managing companies and specialized depositaries send to the Federal Service for Financial Markets the notification on change of structure of Board of Directors (supervisory board) and executive bodies no later than 5 working days from the date of approach of the corresponding events.

3. The notifications provided by this Order, and also documents specified in Items 1-3 of the List of the documents attached to the notification on change of structure of Board of Directors (supervisory board) and executive bodies of joint-stock investment fund, managing company, specialized depositary and structure of executive bodies of non-state pension fund are represented to expedition of central office of the Federal Service for Financial Markets or go the mailing with the assurance of receipt.
