Based on Art. 25 of the Law N 1409-XIII of December 17, 1997 on drugs (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 52-53, Art. 368), Art. 30 of the Law N 1456-XII of May 25, 1993 on pharmaceutical activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, N 59-61, Art. 200) and according to the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51-54, of the Art. 153), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of ensuring the pharmaceutical market of the republic with effective, safe, high-quality and available pharmaceutical products of veterinary appointment for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and elimination of diseases at animals, estimates of physiological condition of animals, exceptions of any health hazard and condition of animals DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on registration of pharmaceutical goods of veterinary appointment it (is applied).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

Regulations on registration of pharmaceutical goods of veterinary appointment

Chapter I. Basic provisions

1. The regulations on registration of pharmaceutical goods of veterinary appointment (further - the Provision) are developed based on Art. 25 of the Law N 1409-XIII of December 17, 1997 on drugs (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 52-53, Art. 368), Art. 30 of the Law N 1456-XII of May 25, 1993 on pharmaceutical activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, N 59-61, Art. 200) and according to the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51 54, the Art. 153)

2. This Provision establishes conditions and the procedure of registration of pharmaceutical goods of veterinary appointment in Moldova.

3. The basic concepts used in this Provision have the following values:
