Rules of payment to the author of remuneration in case of resale of originals of works of the fine arts, author's manuscripts (autographs) literary and pieces of music

1. These rules determine payment procedure to the author of remuneration in case of resale of originals of works of the fine arts, author's manuscripts (autographs) literary and pieces of music, that is in case of each subsequent sale of the corresponding original after its initial alienation by the author (further - remuneration), and also the amount of such remuneration according to appendix.

2. Payment to the author of remuneration is performed in case of observance of the following conditions:
