To transfer three established posts of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Agency on the state material reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Approve limit of official cars for the Agency on the state material reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 3 (three) units.

5. To perform financing of central office of the Agency on the state material reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget.

6. To the agency on the state material reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the draft of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 to No. 589 in a month "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan".

- holds events for purchase of material values for forming of the state reserve;

- will organize forming, placement, storage and servicing of material values of the state reserve;

- determines storage conditions of material values of the state reserve taking into account requirements of state standards and specifications;

- provides control of availability, quality of material values of the state reserve, their movement and condition;

- provides conclusion of material values of the state reserve for the purpose of refreshening, replacement, borrowings and razbronirovaniye;

- holds competitions, signs public contracts for order placement on delivery of goods, performance of works and rendering services for needs of the state reserve;

- provides management of material values of the state reserve;

- performs the economic analysis of activities of the subordinated organizations and approves economic indicators of their activities, performs in the subordinated organizations of financial and economic activities;

- performs functions of the state customer of target, scientific and technical and innovative programs and projects in field of activity of the Agency;

- performs functions of the receiver and the main manager of the means of the government budget provided on content of the Agency and realization of the functions assigned to the Agency;

- creates the state organizations and approves their charters;

- realizes powers of the owner concerning the property necessary for implementation of the activities as executive body on management of material values of the state reserve including the property transferred to operational management to the subordinated organizations;

- provides protection of the data which are the state secret within the competence;

- will organize professional training of employees of the Agency, their retraining, advanced training and training;

- interacts in accordance with the established procedure with foreign states, and also with the international organizations for the questions entering competence of the Agency;

- carries out work on completing, storage, accounting and use of the archive documents formed in the course of activities of the Agency.
