1. Approve:

2. Determine that earlier granted licenses for the right of implementation of medical activities are effective within 5 years from the date of release of this resolution on condition of compliance of licensees to the new licensed requirements and conditions established by this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
provide issue of licenses for the right of implementation of medical activities it is strict according to this resolution;
in three-months time to consider compliance of owners of earlier granted licenses to the licensed requirements and conditions established by this resolution and to take measures for the termination in accordance with the established procedure actions of licenses which owners do not meet these requirements and conditions;
in a month to complete management personnel of licensing and quality control of the medical services rendered by non-state organizations, the Ministries of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the relevant divisions in territorial authorities of management of health care by highly qualified and experienced specialists;
