In pursuance of articles 11 and 44 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova and Articles 1, of 5, of 14, of 25, 28 and 53 Laws on financial institutions, and also for the purpose of depositor protection, non-admission of the increased risk in financial system, developments of the strong and competitive financial sector, Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDED:

1. Approve Regulations about capital adequacy taking into account risk (new edition).

2. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to department of regulation and banking supervision (Mr. Radu Mustyatsa).

3. This decision to publish in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
