About the size and procedure for collection of payment for food of the children getting preschool education, vocational education at the level of preschool education

Based on part four of Item 8 of article 40 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that payment of parents (legal representatives) for food of children in organizations of preschool education, special kindergartens, other organizations of education realizing the educational program of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of preschool education for persons with intellectual insufficiency in other organizations which according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities, realizing the educational program of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of preschool education for the faces with intellectual insufficiency (further – preschool institutions) financed by means of republican and (or) local budgets:

1.1. it is levied in the amount of 100 percent from the operating cash expense rates on food in day on one pupil depending on age of children, type and working hours of preschool institution;

1.2. it is not levied:

from parents (legal representatives) of the handicapped children, children having oncological diseases, the TB patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus, getting preschool education, vocational education at the level of preschool education;
