About provision of additional vacation for irregular working hours

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of Article 158 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus concerning employees of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: state-financed organizations

1. Determine that:

1.1. in the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations (further - state-financed organizations), additional vacations for irregular working hours are granted to separate employee categories according to the list according to appendix;

1.2. the additional vacation for irregular working hours is granted on condition of establishment to the employee of state-financed organization of irregular working hours;

1.3. in case of determination of duration of additional vacation for irregular working hours by the employer considers need of accomplishment by the specific employee of state-financed organization of labor obligations a lot of working hours, and also intensity and complexity of its work;

1.4. the additional vacation for irregular working hours is not granted to workers to whom according to the legislation irregular working hours are not established.

2. To make payment of additional vacations for irregular working hours in state-financed organizations at the expense of the means received from implementation of the activities which are bringing in incomes (if according to the legislation such means remain at their order), and in the absence of the specified means - at the expense of the means provided in the estimate of the organization on compensation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the legal relationship which arose since January 26, 2008.
