About approval of Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products

For the purpose of reliable providing consumers with oil products at the prices calculated taking into account real, strictly necessary costs on acquisition (import) and realization in the local market, creations of equal conditions for activities of all participants of the market of oil products by establishment of single calculation procedure and use of the prices and in pursuance of the Law on the market of N 461-XV oil products of 30.07.2001. (The official N 107/821 monitor of 4.09.2001). The administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products in coordination with the Government it (is applied).

2. Determine that the approved methodology is obligatory for all companies performing activities for import, wholesale and retail trade of oil products.

3. To management of regulation and licensing and management of audit of the agency to perform necessary procedures for implementation and observance of the approved methodology.

4. Recognize invalid the Methodology of forming and use of the prices of petroleum products approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power N 63 of 30.05.2002. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova N 110-112/242 of 1.08.2002), with the subsequent changes made by the Resolution of the NARE N 150 Administrative board of 30.09.2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova N 182-185/359 of 18.10.2004).

5. This methodology becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
