2. On the date of entry into force of this resolution to cancel:
The resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 20 of 30.01.2003 about approval of Regulations about interbank payments in the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 14-17/29 of 7.02.2003), with subsequent changes and amendments;
The decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 402 of 25.12.1998 about approval of the Procedure of payments and payment of the settlement services provided by National Bank of Moldova ( Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 7-9/23 of 28.01.1999), with subsequent changes and amendments;
The decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 168 of 8.06.2000 about approval of the List of types of the settlement and accounting documents used in case of banking operations ( Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 78-80/258 of 8.07.2000), with subsequent changes and amendments.
3. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since April 21, 2006.
