Regulations on the size and procedure for collection of payment for rendering information services on pledge of personal estate

1. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 254-1 "About registration of pledge of personal estate" and determines the size, procedure for collection of payment for rendering information services by pledge of personal estate by the Centers for the real estate of Committee of registration service and rendering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to legal assistance (daleeregistriruyushchy body)

The payment for provision of information services, including issue of the registration certificate of pledge of personal estate, issue of the statement from the register of registration of pledge of personal estate, and also for error correction in the registration documents allowed because of the applicant is brought by legal entities and physical persons for the benefit of which the specified actions are made.

3. Release from introduction of payment

Without collection of payment the statement from the register of pledge is issued on requests of bodies of prosecutor's office, courts, bodies of inquiry and investigation, on the cases which are in their production, and also state bodies, authorized to exercise control of registration of pledge of personal estate, and other faces to which the right of free receipt of the statement from the register of pledge is granted by legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The amount of payment for rendering information services on pledge of personal estate

The payment levied from physical persons and legal entities for provision of information services and also for error correction in the registration documents allowed because of the applicant is estimated, proceeding from the monthly settlement indicator operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the date of payment in the amount of half of monthly settlement indicator.

4-1. Rendering information services without collection of payment, except as specified, 3 this provision determined by Item is forbidden.

5. Procedure and terms of introduction of payment for rendering information services on pledge of personal estate

5. The payment for rendering information services is transferred into the settlement account of registering body before filing of application.

5-1. It is excluded

6. In registering body the receipt or the copy of the payment document on introduction of payment for rendering information services, and also for error correction in the registration documents allowed because of the applicant is submitted.
