About provision of non-interest loan to judges and employees of tax police of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan since 1997 to provide in the republican budget of means for provision of non-interest loan to judges and the staff of divisions of tax police, with the subsequent allocation of these means to Savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan in the form of credit resources.

2. To savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan to make allocation of the loan to judges to the staff of divisions of tax police on submission of lists local Hukumatov within 500 thousand rubl on each loan recipient.

3. Determine that:

under working condition in judgeship of 10 years and more repayment of the loan is made at the expense of means of the local budget, monthly equal shares within 5 years, since 3 years after development of the loan or with the consent of Hukumat one-time;

repayment of the loan issued to the staff of divisions of tax police is made monthly at the expense of the borrower equal to shares within 20 years, since 3 years after development of the loan;

as guarantee of return of the loan it is drawn up notarially purchased or under construction housing;

the amount of the returned loan completely is credited in the income of the republican budget.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan jointly with Savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve procedure for allocation of non-interest loan to judges and the staff of divisions of tax police.
