1. Owners and users of vehicles of the foreign states performing carriage of goods according to the procedure of the humanitarian assistance are exempted from payment of charges for entrance of vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and driving through highways public of the Republic of Tajikistan.

12. To National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized commercial banks to organize on border customs posts, in places of functioning of the branches Items on currency exchange.
