1. To the ministries and departments to executive bodies on places (hukumata), the companies and the organizations to provide strict observance of item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 20, 1998 to No. 1111, by which it is established since January 1, 1999 import ban and realization and the Republic of Tajikistan of the food products which are not accompanied with the relevant information on their origin and quality.

4. To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in limits of the competence to determine the product range and services (works) which are subject to obligatory certification and in a month to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. To executive bodies of border areas, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to standardization Agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Republican production association "Tadzhikselkhozkhimiya":

- for implementation of constant control of the imported foodstuff on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan to organize the centers for testing and certification in the cities of Kulob, Qurghonteppa, Tursunzoda, Panjekent, Ur-Tyube, Hodzhenta, Kanibadam, Isfara, Khorog and in Shaartuzsky district with equipment by the corresponding additional test equipment for express control and allocation of additional limits at the rate of one specialist on each newly created center:

6. 1. General provisions

1.1. Food and other products are subject to release on customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan under conditions of their compliance to the requirements of obligatory certification established in the Republic of Tajikistan.

- release for free circulation;

- reimport;

- conversion under customs control (in case product output of conversion in free circulation);

- outward processing (regarding the conversion concerning import of products).

7. The following goods irrespective of customs regimes under which are located are issued without condition of submission of the certificate of conformity and the certificate of origin:

- the goods intended for official use of representations of foreign states and international intergovernmental organizations and also for their personnel;

- goods. imported by physical persons and not intended for business activity (except as specified import of such goods over the established cost and quantitative quotas);
