Approve criteria of distribution of subjects of housekeeping on risk degree of their economic activity for the surrounding environment and frequency of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) which is applied.

Criteria of distribution of subjects of housekeeping on risk degree of their economic activity for the surrounding environment and frequency of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control)

1. Subjects of housekeeping irrespective of pattern of ownership are distributed on high, average and insignificant risk degree of their economic activity for the surrounding environment.

2. Criteria of reference of subjects of housekeeping to group of subjects with high risk are:

1) availability in them of objects, which:

constitute the increased ecological danger, or potentially dangerous objects in which circulation dangerous substances I and II of class of danger, or such which provide for transportation of dangerous goods are;

provide life activity of settlements, in particular water and sewer farms and the companies which perform activities in the field of the address with waste;

2) implementation of activities by them, which:

attracts emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air of more than 5 thousand tons per year, water consumption and drainage system - more than 25 thousand cubic meters a year or leads to education and placement of waste of I and II classes of danger - more than 100 tons per year or other waste - more than 1 thousand cubic meters a year;

it is connected with deforestation, use of water live resources, maintaining hunting economy and preserving natural reserved fund;

it is connected with mining and geological studying of subsoil, including trial development of mineral deposits of nation-wide value.

3. Criteria of reference of subjects of housekeeping to group of subjects with average risk degree is:

1) availability in them of objects which constitute the increased ecological danger, or potentially dangerous objects in which circulation dangerous substances III and IV of class of danger are;

2) implementation of activities by them which attract emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air in the amount of about 5 thousand tons per year water consumption and drainage system, - to 25 thousand cubic meters a year or leads to education and placement of waste of I and II classes опасностиоколо 100 tons per year or other waste - about 1 thousand cubic meters a year;

3) the activities connected with geological studying of subsoil.

4. Criteria of reference of subjects of housekeeping to group of subjects with insignificant risk degree is availability in them of objects which do not belong to high or average risk degree for the surrounding environment and are not subject to the state accounting.

In case when the subject of housekeeping can be carried at the same time to two groups on risk degree of economic activity for the surrounding environment, it concerns group with the highest risk degree.

5. Planned events of the state supervision (control) of activities of subjects of housekeeping are held:

with high risk - is not more often than once a year

with average risk degree - is not more often than once in two years

with insignificant risk degree - is not more often than once in three years.
