1. Approve procedure for carrying out payments of financial support to the former People's Deputies of Ukraine for their employment it (is applied).

To provide to the office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine provision of necessary documents in Head department of public service of Ukraine for transfer in personnel reserve in the consent of People's Deputies of Ukraine whose term of office ended ahead of schedule or is stopped according to the application in person about creation of deputy powers to which the previous work (position) is not provided.

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.

Procedure for carrying out payments of financial support to the former People's Deputies of Ukraine for their employment

1. Payment of the financial support provided by part five of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" in the terms established by the law is performed to the People's Deputy of Ukraine whose term of office ended or powers of which are ahead of schedule stopped according to part three of article 5 of the specified Law, on condition of its address with the written application within three months behind receipt of such help directly after the termination of term of its powers (early termination of powers).

2. The basis for payment of financial support to the former People's Deputies of Ukraine for employment in case of their study or retraining is the reference from educational institution with indication of receipt date and the term of training, retraining which moves once a year.

3. Financial support is paid to the former People's Deputies for their employment based on orders of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine which monthly prepare Management of personnel of the office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in coordination with Administration of the office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

4. Payment of financial support to the former People's Deputy of Ukraine stops in case of its employment, acquisition of right to pension, the termination of the payment due date established by the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine".

5. The service record of the former People's Deputy of Ukraine who receives financial support for its employment is stored in Management of personnel of the office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine before the termination of the specified payments. In case of arrival of the former People's Deputy of Ukraine in educational institution its service record can be transferred to this educational institution, and the copy of the service record certified in accordance with the established procedure moves in Management of personnel of the office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine once a year.
