According to the subitem 5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About safety of food products", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of control of compliance of food products in processes (at stages) its developments (creation), production (production), turnover, utilization and destruction, behind compliance of processes (stages) of development (creation), production (production), turnover, utilization and destruction of food products to the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on safety of food products.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

2. Control of compliance of food products in processes (at stages) its developments (creation), production (production), turnover, utilization and destruction, behind compliance of processes (stages) of development (creation), production (production), turnover, utilization and destruction of food products to the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on safety of food products is performed by officials of sanitary and epidemiologic service and the state veterinary health inspectors within the competence established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Officials of sanitary and epidemiologic service exercise control of compliance of food products in processes (at stages) its developments (creation), production (production), turnover and utilization, behind compliance of processes (stages) of development (creation), production (production), turnover, utilization and destruction of food products, to requirements of health regulations and regulations, hygienic standard rates, regulatory legal acts in the field of safety of food products and sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population.

4.
