1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for registration of calling (exit) for vessels of the fishery fleet seaports in the Russian Federation, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them in seaports in the Russian Federation and implementation of the state control (supervision) in seaports in the Russian Federation concerning vessels of the fishery fleet, import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them.

2. Determine that in seaports in the Russian Federation in case of registration of calling (exit) of vessels of the fishery fleet, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them the notifying procedure and selective state control (supervision) are applied to vessels of the fishery fleet, import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them (further respectively - notifying procedure, selective state control).

3. To Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Fishery and Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation according to spheres of maintaining:

a) in case of registration in seaports in the Russian Federation of calling (exit) of vessels of the fishery fleet, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them to provide application of notifying procedure and implementation of selective state control;

b) bring in a month departmental regulatory legal acts concerning registration of calling (exit) of vessels of the fishery fleet, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them into seaports in the Russian Federation and implementation of the state control in seaports in the Russian Federation concerning vessels of the fishery fleet, import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them in compliance with this resolution;

c) develop and provide in accordance with the established procedure till June 1, 2008 to the Government of the Russian Federation projects of regulatory legal acts concerning enhancement of procedure for registration of calling (exit) of vessels of the fishery fleet, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them in seaports in the Russian Federation and implementation of the state control in seaports in the Russian Federation concerning vessels of the fishery fleet, import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them taking into account notifying procedure for their registration and need of implementation of selective state control.

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the single simplified commitment form, served by shipowners when calling (exit) of vessels of the fishery fleet seaports in the Russian Federation.

To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Agency for Fishery, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation in case of development and approval in accordance with the established procedure of the standard scheme of the organization of the omission through frontier of the Russian Federation of physical persons, vehicles and loads at sea check points through frontier of the Russian Federation to consider features of implementation of the state control in seaports in the Russian Federation concerning vessels of the fishery fleet, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them.

1.
