About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008

Article 1. Approve the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008 according to the income in the amount 41159135, by 1 thousand som and to expenses - in the amount 45489239, 4 thousand som (including grant means within the budget of development in the amount 2056032, by 5 thousand som).

Establish the extreme extent of deficit of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008 in the amount 2274071, of 8 thousand som (except for grant means within the budget of development in the amount 2056032, of 5 thousand som).

Article 2. Approve the forecast of the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2010 according to appendix No. 1.

Article 3. The revenues of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008 are created for acquisition account on sources according to appendices No. 1-1 and 1-2.

Article 4. Establish for 2008 funds for financing of expenses from the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendices No. 2 and 2-1.

Article 5. Establish the budget of development of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix No. 3. To perform means for financing of the capital investments in the republic for the account:

Article 10. The government of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right:

make changes to appendices No. 1, 1-1, 1-2, 2 and 2-1 these Laws within the amounts approved by article 1 of this Law if it does not lead to reduction of revenues of the republican budget;

bring amendments in the mutual calculations of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic with budgets of local self-government following from the regulations adopted by relevant organs and also changes of production volumes (works, services), price levels, structural changes;

Article 14. Approve for 2008 for local budgets of the cities of regional value standard rates of assignments from planned receipts of the income tax withheld from employers in the amount of 15 percent, for the cities of district value - 10 percent and for areas - 25 percent.
