About establishment of the risks and objects which are subject to subsidized insurance in 2008

Based on part (5) Article 21 and article 22 of the Law N 243-XV of July 8, 2004 on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, N 132-137, Art. 704) and proceeding from the assignments provided in the Law on the government budget for 2006 for subsidizing of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

a) The list is risk in agricultural industry, subject to subsidized insurance from the government budget for 2008, according to the appendix N 1;

b) The list of the agricultural objects which are subject to subsidized insurance from the government budget for 2008 on the risks specified in appendix N 1, according to the appendix N 2.

2. To perform subsidizing of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry according to the Order of the Government N 217 of February 24, 2005. "About approval of the Regulations on subsidizing of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry and Regulations on tender on accreditation of insurers for implementation of subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry".

2. Winter wheat, barley and colza on the harvest eve of 2009.

3. Long-term plantings (vineyards, gardens, grape and fruit nurseries, and also harvest of grapes and fruit).

4. Pets and poultry.
