Approve the Procedure for use in 2008 for the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for support of communications with the Ukrainians living outside Ukraine which is attached.

Procedure for use in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for support of communications with Ukrainians who live outside Ukraine

1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2008 of the means provided the MFA in the government budget according to the "Actions for Support of Communications with Ukrainians Who Live outside Ukraine" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. Budgetary funds are allocated for financing of the expenses connected with production of forms of the certificate of the foreign Ukrainian.

3. Purchase of goods, works and services at the expense of budgetary funds is performed in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. Creation and provision of the financial reporting about use of budgetary funds, and also control of their target use are performed in the procedure established by the legislation.

5. The transactions connected with use of budgetary funds are performed according to Procedure for servicing of the government budget on expenses and transactions on provision and return of the loans granted at the expense of means of the government budget approved by the State Treasury.
