About provision of benefits to the organizations and the companies of criminal executive system and organizations of persons with disabilities participating in order placement on deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering services for needs of customers

According to the Federal Law "About Placing Orders for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services for State and Municipal Needs" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

the inventory (works, services) on which in case of order placement benefits can be provided to organizations and the companies of criminal executive system;

the inventory (works, services) on which in case of order placement benefits can be provided to organizations of persons with disabilities.

2. Determine that if production of the goods (works, services) provided by the lists approved by this resolution is performed by organizations and the companies of criminal executive system and (or) organizations of persons with disabilities and information on the specified organizations, the companies and the organizations, and also on the goods (works, services) made by them is posted on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for posting information on placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services (further - the official site), customers, and also the bodies authorized on implementation of functions on order placement for needs of customers, having the right to provide benefits to such organizations, the companies and the organizations concerning the offered contract price at the rate to 15 percent in case of order placement on deliveries of goods, performance of works rendering services for needs of customers by tendering.

3. Determine that if production of the goods (works, services) provided by the inventory (works, services) on which in case of order placement benefits can be provided to organizations and the companies of criminal executive system is performed by organizations and the companies of criminal executive system and information on the specified organizations and the companies, and also on the goods (works, services) made by them the Federal Penitentiary Service, its territorial authorities, organizations performing punishments, pre-trial detention centers, and also the companies and organizations which are specially created for ensuring activities of the criminal executive system having the right to place orders for deliveries of goods (works, services) in organizations and the companies of criminal executive system without tendering (at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) is posted on the official site.

4. Placement on the official site of information specified in Items 2 and 3 of this resolution is performed respectively by Federal Penitentiary Service and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2006 N 734 "About provision of benefits to the organizations of criminal executive system and organizations of persons with disabilities participating in placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 49, the Art. 5228).
