About enhancement of structure of bodies of prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan

For the purpose of enhancement of structure of bodies of prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan and according to the Law of Turkmenistan "About prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan" I decide:

1. Establish the total number of prosecution agencies workers of Turkmenistan in number of 1402 units, including employees of central office of the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan - 180 units (without technicians and personnel on protection and servicing of the building).

2. Approve enclosed:

structure of central office of the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan;

structure of board of the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan.

3. Permit the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan to have three deputy attorneys general, including the one first deputy, and board as a part of 11 people.

4. Set to the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan limit of office cars in number of 4 units.

5. To the Attorney-General of Turkmenistan in 2-month time:

approve within the established total number of prosecution agencies workers and allocated funds on their content states and structure of subordinate prosecutor's offices;

form boards in prosecutor's offices of welayats and Ashgabat and to approve their members;

prepare and submit the project of the Regulations on class ranks of prosecution agencies workers of Turkmenistan, and also regulation of providing with uniform regimentals for approval of the President of Turkmenistan.

6. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan:

provide necessary assignments for content of the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan and the prosecutor's offices subordinated to it;

allocate to the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan for acquisition of cars necessary assignments from the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan;

in 2-month time in coordination with the Prosecutor General's Office of Turkmenistan to prepare offers on establishment of official pay rates to employees of bodies of prosecutor's office, surcharges for long service, class ranks, for special working conditions, percentage allowances for academic degree, cash encouragement following the results of work.

7. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, hyakimlika of welayats and Ashgabat to take measures for providing bodies of prosecutor's office with necessary service premises, transport and technical means.

8. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of February 2, 1996 No. 2473 "About measures for enhancement of activities of bodies of prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan".
