1. Establish since May 1, 1997 new wholesale selling prices on the separate types of local construction materials issued before priyatiya and the organizations of the ministries and departments, realized to the population according to appendix.

2. To the population of local construction materials to make realization using the trade allowance in the amount of no more than 5 percent.

3. Declare invalid appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of September 30, 1996 No. 2801 "About the change in price and rates for some types of products, goods and services in Turkmenistan" regarding retail prices on cement, slate and brick ceramic.
